Virtual Management Technologies (VMT) was founded in 2003 in Alpharetta GA. VMT focused on medium to large accounts, providing Managed Services and IT Hosting. VMT used 3rd party datacenter providers to host our clients. Soon after the start of VMT, we partnered with Conarc, Inc. to offer their document management system named iChannel. VMT began hosting and managing clients that use the iChannel product.
In 2010, VMT moved into our modern, fully redundant data center in Alpharetta and began migrating most of our clients from 3rd party datacenters to our own center.
In 2013, VMT partnered with Voclarion in order to begin providing VOIP phone systems to clients with no capital outlay required.
Today, we continue to offer a wide range of services with include IT Support, IT Maintenance, Systems Monitoring, Backup Solutions, Network Security and IT Consulting. Our Customer Service is second to none as we assign a specific engineer to each client so the typical help desk question and answer session does not occur. Our clients know who is responsible for their business and either use our ticketing system or call their engineer directly for help or questions.
